Journey Into the Wild Within 12-14th of December

Beneath the tall trees and the endless sky, there is a quiet place - a place where the mind softens, the breath deepens, and the heart remembers its own rhythm.

Into the Wild Within is an invitation to return to that place. Over three days and two nights, we’ll explore the landscapes of body, mind, and spirit through yoga, breath, and time in nature. Each morning greets you with the rising sun, strong movement, and steady breath; afternoons invite play, exploration, and learning; evenings offer the gentle embrace of yin, mantra, and stillness .

Rooted in the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and the Ashtanga tradition, this retreat is not just a getaway - it is a practice of coming home. A home that is not a place, but a state of being: open, grounded, and free.
